  Asked to pick up our parcels from the depot, they tried to deliver it anyway. Phoned up to confirm we'd pick it up the next day. Got there (at a previously agreed time), waited for an hour and a half for them to say they've lost the parcels. We had to get the company who sent the parcels to resend some more. Awful customer service. We will actively avoid them in the future.

  Awful service. Waited in all day Tuesday when it was supposed to be delivered - no show. They then attempted delivery today (Friday) when I was working! And then arranged to re-deliver... said that they would be at the address in 15mins. I asked a family friend to go there- she was there in 13mins and the delivery driver had APPARENTLY got there at 12mins and didn’t bother waiting for 60seconds. My friend then waited for 45mins and I phoned the office who finally answered the phone after 6 attempts - who informed me extremely rudely that the driver attempted and no one was there!
  
  I would advice anyone to avoid this service and use alternatives!
