  £2.45 for a SMALL cup of tea is daylight robbery. I asked for a tiny dash of milk and was served the WEAKEST tea ever - basically hot water and milk. What a joke, please sort it out.

  Thank you for some of the worst customer service I have ever had! If you're going to charge so much you could at least smile whilst you do it. And maybe clean the tables.
